HOW IT WORKS

One thing at a time.
A rhythm you can return to.

Choose a focus, make a little time, and give yourself room to rest. NexDo keeps track of the effort so you can see it add up.

  1. 01 / CHOOSE ONE THING

    Give your focus a name.

Choose Reading, Focus time, Coding, Write a diary, Study, or Yoga & Stretching. Add an optional session name to make your next step clear.

  2. 02 / MAKE SOME SPACE

    Set your time. Settle in.

Start with 25 minutes, or adjust in five-minute steps from 5 to 120 minutes. Choose Auto Start Break and Play Sound, then start your focus session.

  3. 03 / BREATHE & RETURN

    Pause when life happens.

Pause and resume your countdown. After focus, take an optional five-minute break. You can stop a session or end the break when you need to.

  4. 04 / NOTICE YOUR PROGRESS

    Look back. Find your rhythm.

Open Overview, Sessions, or Insights. Explore Today, This Week, This Month, and All Time to see recorded focus, breaks, categories, and trends.
