Trust & privacy
Your day is your business.
NexDo sees your tasks, your calendar, and what you say to it. Here's how we treat that, in plain language. For the full detail, read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What NexDo stores
The tasks, events, lists, and moments you create, and the settings you choose. Voice conversations are processed to carry out what you asked; you can clear voice history from Settings.
What NexDo doesn't do
- It doesn't listen unless you've started a conversation.
- It doesn't send messages or place calls on its own — every send and every call is your tap.
- It doesn't sell your data or use your content to advertise to you.
Sharing
Shared lists and moments are visible only to the people you invite. Remove someone and they lose access immediately.
Your controls
- Export your tasks and lists from Settings.
- See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests and retention details.
- Change reminder times, voice preferences, and what the Daily Brief includes.
